PW Lawyers believe that learning is an essential part of life. We give our lawyers the opportunity to engage with ongoing professional development. Each month we hold professional development sessions for our lawyers to attend. PW Lawyers extends an invitation to lawyers in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai area the attend our professional development seminars.
Our seminars are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 1pm. Lawyers are invited to join us for lunch from 12:30pm.
We cover a broad range of topics, including the NSW Law Society compulsory units. Topics we have covered include:
- Testamentary capacity
- Family provision claims
- Testamentary trusts
- Will drafting
- Applying for probate or Letters of administration
- Offers of compromise
