Ramiz completed his Bachelor of Law and Business with a Major in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney in 2023. During his time at university, he routinely competed in mock trials and was a finalist in the Allens Linklater prize for client interviewing.
Ramiz’s experience in Wills and Estates includes drafting Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship as well as filing applications for Family Provision on behalf of clients before the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
His experience also extends to preparing Binding Financial Agreements for clients both during marriages and after separation. This includes drafting clauses protecting family gifts and other assets as well as negotiating more favourable outcomes for clients during settlement.
In line with his experience in Business and Commercial Law, he has also enjoyed his experience in Property Law and has assisted clients with their Commercial Leases, Residential Leases, and Retirement Village contracts.
His experience extends to representing clients before the Administrative Review Tribunal, and the New South Wales Civil & Administrative Tribunal .
Prior to working in law, Ramiz worked for American Express in their foreign exchange department. Ramiz’s commercial experience gives him a unique edge in understanding client priorities and delivering practical, outcome-focused, and cost-effective solutions.
