With 2026 just around the corner, the start of the new year is an excellent time to review your Will or to create a Will if you do not have one.

A Will is a legal document that sets out how you want your assets to be distributed after you die. It is recommended that anyone over the age of 18 should have a Will. It means that you can be assured that your estate is divided in the way you have chosen.

We offer three types of Wills:

1. A simple Will ensures that your assets are distributed in the way that you intended. It also gives you the option of appointing guardians for any minors in your care. For the month of January, it will only cost a couple $440, the cost of a simple Will for an individual, instead of paying $660.
2. A standard Will is more complex than a simple Will. You can include specific gifts in your Will such as artwork or jewellery and make contingencies for disasters. A couple can get a standard Will throughout January for $880, instead of paying $1,320.
3. A custom Will is a Will for people with more complex affairs. Custom Wills require specific drafting tailored for your particular needs. A custom Will includes clauses that are unique to your estate. For the month of January, couples can get a custom Will for $1320, instead of paying $1,980.
